Pros of Gift Giving for Halloween:

No need to worry about the treats, they are safe, and with ordering or buying gift bags, or baskets you can have a Halloween party and know your children are safe.

Cons of Gift Giving for Halloween:

Your children dont get to intermingle with their friends.  Also some kids get ridiculed for not going trick or treating.

Both ideas above are important to think about.  Will you be there with your child, are they safe, are they being naughty???

A great party is a perfect way to have a bunch of friends over and play games and get to mingle on a fun autumn evening.  Here are some great games to play:  bobbing for apples… hold a mascerade party and tell everyone they have to have a face mask, and try to gues who they are.

Hello!

Halloween, a day where many dress up to go scare others and collect yummy treats.  What was your favorite candy?

Its a day where the kids eat till they get sick, as do the parents at times also.  Do something different this year,  have a party and invite other friends over and have an apple bobbing event.  Its a great way to have fun with neighbors and kid alike!

Teddy Bears Should be given to all Children

 Here is a wonderful article that I wrote this year,  I love kids and feel all should have a cuddle teddy they can call a friend!

All children should get a teddy bear when they are young.  It is meaningful for children to have a bear they can sleep with or be with.  Teddy bears should be given when kids are young enough to appreciate the bear. 

Most children that are given a teddy bear when they are young keep them for many years.  It means a lot to kids, when they are given something they can hold on to for years.  Many times children have tattered bears on their bed and in their rooms.  These are the bears that mean the most!

Some parents try to throw out the bears, but most children are upset by this.  This stuffed animal means a lot to them and most if able will dig the teddy out of the trash.  Tattered as they are and some with stuffing coming out, they still love them and sleep with them. 

Some nameable teddy bears are Thatcher and Tennyson.  These two bears are the perfect gift to give a small child.  They are between fourteen and eighteen inches in length, a great size for them to hold and play with. 

Thatcher is a smooth soft cuddly bear, while Tennyson has fur that looks to be curly.  Tennyson is not quite as soft as Thatcher, but all in all they both are cuddly in their own way.

There is no greater joy than seeing a face of a child when they open a gift of a teddy bear.  Teddy bears can be given any time.  You do not need a reason to give a teddy bear.  Giving a teddy bear as a “just because” gift is the best, the surprise is greater on the face of a child.

Fall the Coolest time of year!

Fall, at time to sit and enjoy the cool eves, with a cup of coffee!  A great time to kick back and enjoy life.

Fall time of the year, for many means many things!  Kids and thinking about their halloween costumes.  They have to have the ‘in’ costume.  Is it spider man or maybe a ghoul?

Adults well they are a thinking about the holidays and gifts to buy.  Thanksgiving and their fall leaves tea and biscotti.
This year…be different buy a Halloween gift basket for the kids!  Have a apple bobbing party for the little ghouls.  By having a party that is centered in your home you wont lose track of the kids and they can have a lot more time having fun.
